工艺工程师的主要职责：
1. To manage current process data by reviewing batchsheets with production unit periodically, to ensure all batchsheets are correct and under control.
2. To lead new products' industrial trial by good planning, to create batchsheet and SOP etc, to keep all records well.
3. To try new process of products and then to improve quality by working with process chemist and QA, shortening the cycle time or reducing materials consumed.
4. To tracing the quality of new products by joining in pilot trial of new products, do testing reports and monthly report.
5. To Supervise process and do trouble shooting in production.
6. To create and update BOM of all products.
工艺工程师的任职要求：
1. Major in chemical process/engineer with bachelor degree at least.
2. Three years experience at chemical plant, at least 1year worked as a process engineer.
3. Fluent English is a must.
